PARADISE IS CALLING

This overcast weather has me dreaming of the days we spent along the shores of island beaches.

It would still most often rain this time of year, but if it was, it was a sporadic shower coalescing with the warmth of filtered sunlight. Hiking across lava formations and tossing huge chunks of coral and obsidian into the sea at water's edge was all that mattered in terms of our to-do list for the day. We feasted on cool home-made sushi and drank coconut milk with a dash of rum, our faces still sticky from the juices of papayas running down our chins as we bit into their seeded neon flesh at breakfast.
